Breitbart News was unable to obtain a copy of the book booking app for E Book, which was supposed to launch in September 2017, until a spokesperson for the company said in an email, “we have no further information.”
The spokesperson did not respond to a request for comment from Breitbart News.
According to the e book booking website eBookBook, E Book is available on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, B&N, and iBooks, among other outlets.
The app, which launched in the United States in January 2018, charges $15.95 for the book, and offers an introductory rate.
The book is available for purchase through the app, but the service has been suspended since the publication of the article.
E Book claims to have “significantly expanded” its business since the launch of the app.
A spokesperson for Ebook confirmed the suspension of the service and said the company is “looking into” the issue.
“We have been in contact with Amazon, BN, iBooks and other partners to find a solution to the issues affecting the app and our app platform,” the spokesperson said in a statement.
“We will keep you posted as we find out more.”
