NASA has sold more than 500,000 books to its own e-book readers, with the agency’s own imprints now selling books online.
The agency is trying to boost the sale of books to people who want to read them but cannot afford them, the head of the agency said.NASA’s own bookstores have sold more books than any other agency and that is a result of its commitment to its book-buying programs.NASA books have sold well, but NASA itself is not the only agency trying to grow the sales of books online.
“In fact, it is a fact that all other agencies are doing the same thing,” the head said.
The NASA books program was designed to make sure that books sold by other agencies could be purchased by the agency.
The books can be purchased at the NASA stores, or they can be downloaded from NASA’s online library.
“We have more than 100 million books in print.
We have more bookstores than any agency.
We are the largest bookseller on the planet,” said NASA Administrator Charles Bolden.
“The goal of this program is to make it easier for all of us to buy books online, and to give all of our employees the opportunity to read those books.”
The books are sold by the NASA imprints that are listed in NASA’s Web site, and NASA’s own store has sold nearly 1.3 million books.
The books have not all been well received.
A few reviewers called them “too dense” and “too expensive” while others said they lacked the quality of NASA’s books.
One critic, however, praised the books for their “greatness.””NASA books are the best I have ever had.
They are beautifully illustrated, engaging, and well written,” said one reviewer.
