A man has been charged with the murder of a man he found in Perth’s CBD.

The 41-minute ordeal started around 7:45am when officers were called to a busy shopping centre in the CBD after a man was reported missing.
The man was pronounced dead on arrival at the scene.
Police have launched an investigation into the death.
The WA Police Service said on its website that the man had been reported missing to police in January and that a search warrant had been executed.
“Police will continue to investigate this matter and we will not tolerate anyone’s conduct that threatens the integrity of the police force,” the service said.

He was very quiet’Mr Stollery said he first saw the man walking towards his home in his driveway.
“He was so quiet he didn’t say a word,” he said.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw the suspect on the night of the murder to contact them.
